Damaged Shipments:

We pack our animals for travel VERY well.
When you receive your Meg Walker Original, unwrap the item carefully.
Preferably use a pair of sharp scissors to carefully cut the wrapping off, instead of pulling it off,
which could break delicate legs.

All items over $10.00 are shipped insured except international sales.
Rarely does an item get broken in shipping.
If one gets to you broken, keep the item, the packing material and the box
and contact us immediately.
